Vivek Sharma serves as the Chief Information & Digital Officer at Pidilite Industries, where he leads the company’s digital transformation and technology strategy to enable business innovation and agility. With deep expertise spanning two decades in the consumer goods and manufacturing sectors, Vivek has built a strong reputation for driving impactful digital initiatives across global markets.

Before joining Pidilite, Vivek spent a significant part of his career at Hindustan Unilever, where he led transformative programs in Go-To-Market and Supply Chain operations. He also led large-scale technology implementations and built high-performing teams across geographies and cultures. He began his professional journey with Larsen & Toubro, gaining foundational experience in engineering and systems.

He is passionate about emerging technologies and actively collaborates with startups and product companies to pilot and scale innovations in areas like AI, automation, and advanced analytics.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications from SGSITS, Indore and a Postgraduate degree in Management from IIM, Mumbai. Vivek is also a regular speaker and panelist at industry forums, sharing insights on digital transformation and the future of enterprise technology.
