Begin your nomination by registering for the ET Edge AI Disruptors Awards. There is no nomination fee, and participation is open to eligible individuals and organizations based in India. Once registered, you will receive access to the official nomination form.
Choose the award category (or categories) that best represent your achievements in the AI ecosystem. You may nominate in multiple categories across Individual Honors and Organizational Awards, provided the submission aligns with the category criteria.
Fill out the nomination form with all the required information. Ensure your responses clearly articulate the AI initiatives, leadership impact, innovation, and measurable outcomes relevant to the selected category.
Provide supporting materials such as case studies, impact metrics, product demonstrations, media coverage, research publications, or testimonials that strengthen your nomination and help the jury understand the scale and significance of your work.
After the nomination deadline, submissions will be reviewed by an esteemed jury comprising industry leaders, policymakers, AI experts, and academia. Shortlisted finalists will be notified, and the winners will be announced and felicitated at the ET Edge AI Summit – Vision to Velocity.

The Individual Awards categories are open exclusively to professionals based in India, including leaders from enterprises, public sector institutions, academia, research laboratories, and the startup ecosystem who are driving meaningful impact through artificial intelligence. The standards mentioned offer a holistic approach to evaluating individual leadership, innovation, and contribution to advancing AI adoption and capabilities across industries and sectors. The submissions should reflect the initiatives, achievements, innovations, or leadership decisions undertaken during the period from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026.
Evaluation of the strategic approach employed, assessing the clarity, coherence, and alignment with organizational goals.
Recognition of innovative practices or approaches implemented within organisation towards AI Innovation, demonstrating creativity and forward-thinking.
Assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of execution, including the implementation of strategies and initiatives.

The last date to submit nominations for the ET Edge AI Disruptors Awards is 31st May 2026.
There is no limit for an nominee on the maximum number of categories. A key consideration is the originality and differentiation of each submission. For each entry, the entrant is required to share different initiatives/project and the resultant outcomes.

All entries will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. No information will be disclosed to anyone other than the Grand Jury Panel for evaluation.
The ET Edge AI Disruptors Awards are open to a wide range of participants who have demonstrated impactful work in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Startups, SMEs, large enterprises, Solution Providers, public sector institutions, Academic & Research Institutions, AI Experts operating in India that have implemented AI, Generative AI or emerging technologies to drive innovation, efficiency or growth.
The evaluation process for the AI Disruptors Awards is a comprehensive and transparent approach that identifies and recognizes the most deserving companies/ Individuals. It follows a structured multi-step process
Businesses/ Individuals can be nominated for the awards by themselves or through their agencies where the process will be open to businesses from PAN India through a Nomination form.
Businesses and individuals will be evaluated across key parameters such as (a) Strategic approach (b) Innovation (c) Execution excellence & (d) Measurable outcomes achieved.
All the nominations will be screened based on the eligibility criteria, which will include the above evaluations parameters.
Each award category includes 3- 6 parameters scored individually with assigned weightages to calculate indexed score.
The top companies/ individuals in each category are shortlisted based on the indexed scores.
The shortlisted results are reviewed by distinguished jury and winners are decided through detailed discussion and unanimous concurrence amongst jury members.
Winners will be honoured during the Award ceremony on 24th June 2026 at AI Summit at New Delhi. Winners will receive a trophy and a certificate of recognition for their outstanding performance in their respective category. The announcement of the winners will also be publicized through various media channels to promote the winning businesses/ individuals.
