Anup Jain is a Founding Partner at BlueGreen Ventures. An MNC CXO-turned-investor, he spent his corporate career with global companies such as P&G, Whirlpool, and Yum Brands across India, Asia, and Australia building businesses through digital innovations and intrapreneurship.
As India’s digital economy scaled from 2016 onward, he transitioned into VC investing, building a track record across early-stage and pre-IPO companies. Since 2018, his portfolio has consistently ranked in the top quartile for IRRs and DPI as per Preqin benchmarks across 700 Funds, with investments led in Battery Smart, Werize, Nxtwave, Varaha, Karbon Business, Beato leading the metrics. He’s also had the unique privilege of being behind pre-IPO investments as well- Ixigo and Mobikwik listed in 2024 with strong investor demand and CarDekho and Vedantu headed to IPOs in the near future.
He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from DTU and an MBA from FMS Delhi University.
